“The property is newly built, which is very clean and nice. I thought the staff was very helpful and the hotel was very convenient. The shuttle to Disney is restricted to time windows, but these time windows were very convenient to my family. I liked that there is a grocery store on the same block as the hotel, which was very convenient.”

“The hotel and room looked like in good shape. Parking area was good. But the hot water supply for showering was not stable - this was the most annoying issue during my stay, given that the weather in April is usually cool / cold at France. I have changed the room, the issue was still happened. It seems that the water pressure might be generally not strong enough for all rooms. And due to thus key issue and other minor issues, I think the money paid was not deserved. ”

“Taxe de séjour de 8,40€ par adulte et par nuit qui n’était pas annoncée sur le site hôtel.com, de plus que des taxes et frais ont déjà été prélevés par hôtel.com sur notre réservation. Parking également payant alors que tous les hôtels du coin le propose gratuitement. Au final prix de la nuit bien plus élevé que prévu.”

On a été chaleureusement accueillis par l’équipe avant de découvrir notre logement (Suite Deluxe). Le sauna prend du temps à chauffer mais on peut en profiter pour dîner sur le ponton ou regarder un film sur le rétro’ ou encore prendre un bon bain à remous. “Shower unit was rusty in one corner . Was not aware that no transport from hotel to zoo was provided for elderly and infirmed people. My wife is 81 and walked with a stick so found the walk to and from zoo exhausting . We had booked VIP experience at zoo so had to do the walk or lose the money”

“The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner.”
