"We such such a wonderful experience, the staff are 5 star, incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and hospitable. The space itself is so welcoming and comfortable, bedroom and bathroom were well appointed. The breakfast was delicious and the service was exceptional. Would highly recommend both for comfort and location and look forward to visiting again!"

"Five star service Giorgio!!! Concierge was amazing and very helpful. Downstairs bartender was great. Hotel is a little far out from the center but totally walkable to almost anywhere. The hotel rooftop view was magical. They had a live band during sunset to make it an unforgettable evening. Our room was spacious. The bed could use some work very hard and not to comfortable. The aesthetics in the room were true luxurious. I loved it and will stay again this October."

"Amazing hotel! Reception was very nice and our room was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. They had a mini bar, room service, pillow service, and laundry service, which was all very convenient. It is right by a market if you need anything and right next to the tram/bus station, so transportation was easy. "

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending historic charm with modern touches, and the location is perfect for exploring the city--walking distance to everything including Santa Maria Novella train station. What truly made the experience memorable was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. From helpful recommendations to warm greetings each day, their hospitality really stood out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence."

"First I read the reviews so l came expecting a slightly older hotel with a nice staff. So I based my ratings on that criteria. I was not disappointed. The hotel was a pretty short walk from the train station a little over 1/2 block from a main street. The first time it took 15 minutes. We were early but they accommodated our bags. The staff was very friendly. The location was great. We were not far from anything we wanted to do. We were about a 15/20 minute walk from the main bridge. I "
