“The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Took an interest in my reason for coming to Brantford. Offered to help move my bags, if I needed, as I am a senior woman traveling alone. I had to change my reservations twice due to unforseen circumstances, and was treated kindly. Overall a great experience.”
