This is not a hotel. It is a single floor BandB with only some staffing 0800-1300 daily. The entry is not easily identified- just a small nameplate at entry door from street. Be careful to check messages as you need to tediously preregister and get PINs for front entry and interior doors. It is a residential building. Once you finally get inside it is a nice common area and well looked after and clean. There were steps up and down from bathroom to entry to bedroom in our room which tripped us up a few times (no injuries). Aircon in room was good! Breakfast was nice and so was common area for midday break and coffee. Do not expect a lobby or full hotel facilities and you will have a good stay. Very good location and quiet street. They should invest a bit in the entry and common spaces as they are scruffy. Shower was very good. Room had high ceilings. TV has BBC in English.

Localisation exceptionnelle…

This place is a hidden gem. We had a wonderful stay. It had everything we were looking for in Paris. Great location, plenty of sites, stores and restaurants right in the vicinity. Delicious breakfast every morning. Staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. Comfortable bed, nice sized shower with substantial water pressure, a wardrobe for each of us to store clothes. Highly recommend.

Hotel address was a culinary!??Actual hotel was behind. Problem getting the key code to enter the building and the room so at first I thought this was a scam. Outside of building looked bad BUT room inside was actually REALLY NICE. Comfortable bed, big flatscreen TV, large deep bathtub, friendly staff (once you found them). Evidently you CAN’T judge a book by its cover because this was probably the nicest room I’ve stayed in in Paris!
