Lovely small hotel with spacious rooms by Paris standards. Bathroom was also large with separate spa toilet and separate shower stall. Closing the window blocked all noise from the street. Very quiet. Staff was friendly and super responsive to our needs. Great location for access to Le Marais and all it offers.

9Confidentiel was our first stop in Paris and before we even arrived, I called to confirm and ask for quieter room if possible. Jean (?) took my call and warmly welcomed me. That feeling continued. Everyone was kind and helpful always. They spoke better English than I did French and let me off the hook a bit on that. The room was perfect—nice facilities, heated bathroom floor, fun personality—each room is named. We also could not believe how quiet it was inside the hotel. Merci, 9Confidetiel!

Nice looking boutique hotel in a good location near the bottom of Le Marais neighborhood. Easy access to subway and also walkable to many of the city's attractions. The common areas were nicely furnished although chopped up and didn't appear to be much used by guests. Our room was somewhat smaller than expected and did not have a bureau for storing our clothes; only two shelves above the area for hanging coats, one of which was too high to to be easily reached and useful. Only one suitcase rack, so one of our two suitcases had to be laid out on the floor. Housekeeping was spotty -- we only were given facecloths half of the days we were there and had in search of kleenex when the container in the room ran out and wasn't refilled. Nearly all the guests seemed to be Americans, but interestingly there were no English speaking channels onthe hotel's TV network.

Amazingly beautiful boutique hotel. Location in the Marais is safe and close to great dining and drink. Staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms are unique I. Decoration, and for Paris, very large. A great experience overall.

Fantastic hotel, staff incredibly nice and service was perfect, the room was big and comfortable, also the breakfast is one of the best I've had in Paris. Will surely come back next time.
