Great Location. Room was decent but the reception first gave me a standard room when I had the club room reserved. And I feel like they deliberately charged me for the breakfast again when breakfast were included or I had already paid for. I had to write them again to refund. I'm not very happy with the receptionist.

The location is very nice, there are plenty plenty of restaurants around the block. It's quiet at night, but if you go out, it is easy for you to find a cozy place to celebrate the night.

2nd stay here. Great location. Rooms were renovated since last stay. Modern and comfortable. Good amentities. Staff was friendly, especially Ali. Disappointing that the breakfast we had pre-booked was only avaliable 2 of 5 nights. Suddenly they were renovating the dining area the 3rd morning. No heads-up and we had to talk with a manager to get the refund for prepaid breakfast. She was very professional about it though. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel 3 years and was happy to recommend. Due to the price it wasnt my first choice as the only room available was a superior room and it was slightly outside my budget but, as i was on my own this time and familiar with the area i chose it again. Unfortunately the room i got was not "superior" in my opinion. The first thing i noticed was the smell upon entering the room, i wasnt sure if it was fresh paint or something from the drains. The bathroom was tiny, i had to keep the door open to allow me exit the shower without hitting off everything. The bedroom itself was oddly shaped and it was difficult to lay down and unpack my case. Very odd floor covering. No complimentary water and on my first morning i put a do not disturb sign on the door as i didn't want housekeeping, i left personal items in the room on the bed and when i came back i found that the room had been cleaned and my stuff moved. On the second morning, i specifically requested no housekeeping to one of the cleaning personnel in the room next door, and just asked for fresh towels which were handed to me. I left the do not disturb sign on the door but arrived back that night to find that yet again, the room had been cleaned. Positves were that the bed was comfortable, its not too far a walk to major attractions, the area is safe and the breakfast was decent. Its not the worst hotel by any means but way overpriced.

A boutique hotel that had everything we needed!

Stayed in 2 x club rooms - very clean and modern. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and air con. Great location near the metro network and within walking distance to Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur. Good local grocery shops and cafes too. Loved it! A great hotel for a family in Paris!

Très bon hôtel

Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant, serviable et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu un problème de climatisation le premier jour et la personne qui nous a reçu a été très réactif, nous avons même été surclassés. Le ménage est bien fait, niveau propreté rien à redire. Le petit déjeuner est varié. L'emplacement est top. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.
