The Space:

A warm and welcoming apartment in a Parisian building just a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe, the perfect pied-à-terre for a successful vacation.

Spacious, functional and completely refurbished apartment! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.



IMPORTANT:

Renovation work is currently taking place in the building. This situation is completely beyond our control.

We thank you for your understanding and would like to point out that no complaints or requests for compensation will be accepted in this regard.



The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size double bed with brand-new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a storage space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a sitting area with a sofa bed for two, a smart TV and WIFI access.



As you enter the apartment, you'll find :



- a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),

- sitting area with TV,

- 1 single sofa bed,

- 1 queen size bed (160 by 200),

- 1 double sofa bed (140 by 200),

- a storage space,

- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).

- Iron and ironing board.

Please note: The washing machine visible in the photos is currently out of order. We are actively working on repairing it and expect it to be functional again soon. In the meantime, it has been removed from the listed amenities on this property, and no compensation requests will be accepted regarding this equipment.



Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

How to Reach Our Loft:



From Airports:

From Charles de Gaulle: Take the RER B train to Gare du Nord, switch to Metro Line 6, and disembark at Boissière Metro Station.

From Orly: Take the Orlyval light rail to Antony station, transfer to RER B to Châtelet - Les Halles, change to Metro Line 1, and alight at Charles de Gaulle - Étoile station. Taxis or Uber are alternative options, costing around €50-€70 from CDG and €30-€50 from Orly.



From Paris Train Stations:

Use various metro lines to reach our loft:

Gare du Nord: Metro Line 2 to Charles de Gaulle - Étoile.

Gare de l'Est: Metro Line 4 to Châtelet - Les Halles, transfer to Metro Line 1 to Charles de Gaulle - Étoile.

Gare de Lyon: Metro Line 1 to Charles de Gaulle - Étoile.

Gare Montparnasse: Metro Line 6 to Boissière.

Gare d'Austerlitz: Metro Line 5 to Gare du Nord, transfer to Metro Line 6 to Boissière.

Professional housekeeping services will be provided upon both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is pristine for your enjoyment.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services:

If you need a cot and high chair, please notify us in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and subject to availability, we'll gladly provide these.

Please note that we do not supply baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time starts from 3:00 pm.

Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €250 is required for access to the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided there are no damages.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet; excessive noise may result in deductions from your deposit.

Please be mindful of any construction work within the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access:

Kindly refrain from engaging in unauthorized online activities. We are not liable for any connection malfunctions.



Age Requirement:

The minimum age for making a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 may only enter in the presence of an adult meeting this requirement. Failure to comply will result in denial of stay, and no refunds will be granted.
