Studio of 21m on the 2nd floor (no lift) which includes :
- Living room with double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed for one person, 1 table with chairs, TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer)
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

It is 900 metres from the Grevin Museum and 1.6 km from Galeries Lafayette and 1.5 km from Place de l'Opera.
The Musée des Arts et Métiers is only 450 metres away.
There are many theatres close to the flat:
- Théatre de la Renaissance at 450 m
- Théâtre La Comédia at 300 m
- Théâtre du Gymnase at 350m
You are also 450m from the Grand Rex, one of the most beautiful cinemas in the capital.
For a more cultural visit you will find the National Library of France on rue de Richelieu, which houses prestigious and exceptional collections. But also a visit to the famous Centre Pompidou recognizable by its outside stairs and its huge coloured pipes.
