Clean beautiful well maintained property. The common area compare to five star hotels, the fireplace has a warm inviting ambiance. The breakfast was great with many options for the most picky eaters. Indoor pool although we didn't use it was available and the kids enjoyed it.

Very difficult to find the building. We were in room 216. Bathroom tiles were loose, broken, and needed to be regrouted. Breakfast area was dirty with trash on flood. Took a long time to refill the coffee dispenser. Light blocking curtain slide was broken. Access doors in back and side didn’t always close and lock.. I found the east door unlocked the morning we left.

We got locked out of our room twice. Once for over a half hour before we could get in. The breakfast on Saturday morning was lacking in everything. Not well maintained. The carpet in our room was very stained. Toilet bowl never got cleaned. Would have cleaned it myself but no toilet brush. The person who worked later on Saturday and on Sunday was wonderful. Pretty frustrating.
