Great Location, Clean Hotel, Friendly Staff

It's a small but clean hotel in the middle of shopping district in Paris. There are lots of restaurants and lively area. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well-maintained.

Fabulous boutique style hotel, minutes from Metro. The rooms were spotless and very well equipped. The staff went out of their way to help, very friendly and cheerful. The area around the hotel was lively, but the hotel was quiet. The lift was tiny anwe struggled to fit both of us in but it gave us a good laugh. 😂

The staff was absolutely 10/10 The hotel itself 10/10 Elevator was interesting but small. Wife and I are small so it doesn’t matter. 9/10 Overall experience. Honestly I think the elevator made it funnier. 11/10 Would stay again

Really great location: just off Blvd Haussmann, and within walking distance of several boulangeries, restaurants, stores, and Grand Magasins. Great staff (who dealt with a room booking issues quickly and without fuss). Note: the elevator is not for the claustrophobic! Only downside was the poor sound insulation: lack of double glazing meant street noise couldn't be ignored and thin walls/interconnecting doors meant that noisy guests caused a couple of interupted nights' sleep...

Perfect stay, great location, friendly staff

I was very happy with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was absolutely lovely—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was super comfortable, a Nespresso machine provided me with a nice coffee in the morning, and the big balcony was a big plus, and definitely a reason to get back when the weather allows it to enjoy it a bit more. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I like the location of hotel and how the room is clean and the staff si kind and polite, i didnt like thats the elevator so small cant fit more than 1 adult and 1 kids abd if we are family so we need to use it many times and little bit slow , the size if room not bad but some how annoying if you have big luggage so the move in room will be not easy , and i believe the price of hotel smeller to hotel in same erea and the room will be bigger

We had booked 3 adjoining rooms for a girls' trip. The rooms we clean and a good size. The bathrooms were a little bit larger than we're used to when traveling in Europe. The beds were a medium-firm and very comfortable. Staff was warm and welcoming. The only downside to the hotel is that the elevator will not fit more than one person at a time, and you will not be able to fit in the elevator with a suitcase. Having a steep & narrow spiral staircase as a 4th floor walk-up can be a bit brutal after walking the city all day.

Bigger room than Paris avg—Smallest elevator ever

In general everything was correct. The room was bigger than other hotels I’ve stayed at for the same price. Walls are very thing and I could hear everything happening on the rooms next to mine. Be aware that the elevator is super small, barely fitting one person. I had to remove my backpack from my shoulders to be able to fit in it. On nov23 some parts pf the hotel were under renovation.

The door to the room was broken on arrival (was fixed quickly) The blind was broken Dirty towels Lift broke on day 2 We had to change room and when we did (although the manager was kind enough to manually move all our stuff he overfilled the suitcase breaking the zip)

Excellent services with very clean and tidy room

We had such a lovely stay! The staff were really friendly and helpful – they gave us a hand with our luggage at check-in and even let us keep the parking permit a bit longer so we could do some shopping after checking out. Everyone greeted us with a big smile, which made us feel so welcome. The room was spotless and well designed. It had everything we needed. The little touches made it feel cosy, and it was easy to get around even with our baby. The location was excellent – really close to lots of attractions, with plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short walk away.
