Bad experience

Waited 2 hours to get in. Host didn’t speak English. No intro to unit or area. Unit condition: no working outlet in bathroom, one dim lamp in bedroom, no working outlets in bedroom, no sharp knife in kitchen. One dim lamp in living room. One electric radiator in bedroom. Otherwise no heat. Received demand for additional security money day of arrival with threat of no one meeting me if I didn’t comply. Total confusion. Left early for a hotel.
