Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Convenient location being only 10 mins walk from Gare du Nord But very no frills. Don’t expect a kettle / aircon / fridge / safe. Couldn’t comment on the breakfast as did room only.

Really good hotel!!

Hotel was lovely and clean. Very good Wi-Fi, fresh water every day and our daughter had her own room which made our stay even more comfortable for all of us! Lovely staff and always smiling happy to help. Would recommend it!!

Overall, clean spacious rooms and facilities. We had a pleasant stay here. We liked that they provided free bottles of water for us each day after cleaning the room.

The hotel is in a walking distance from Gare du Nord and 4 mins away from two tube stations which was excellent. Hotel is modern and very clean, staff helpful and friendly. We had a family room with a seperate one for our child attached to ours. We loved our stay and would definitely go back!

Great 3 star hotel in good location

Wanted a good 3 star hotel close to Gare du Nord but within walking distance to the River Seine and the Est hotel seemed like a good option. All staff were friendly with me being an English speaker and even humoured me with my attempts of speaking French. The room was fine to use as basecamp and met all my requirements. One good thing is you gove your keys at reception every time you leave so no need to worry about loosing them whilst exploring.

Dirty bed linen upon arrival. Do not visit this hotel if you are traveling alone as female. Two young girls traveling and did not feel safe, due to other hotel guest stalking, and wanted the service staff to help. Had to change hotell at our own, no help in setting limit for the other guests behavior. No response form the hotell as we wanted to cancel our stay, due to the circumstances. No refund for any of the nights paid in advance. We want to pay for only the day checking in, as we had to find an alternative stay, but the hotel does not respond to mails sent via hotels.com. No regrets given for the discomfort and bad experience.

We stayed here for 1 night while waiting for flight the following day. It was walking distance to Gare de l’Est which I saw when I was waiting for my bus the following morning. Our room consists of 1 main bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 separate room with a twin bed. Both rooms have small balcony. I can see people enjoying this during nice days. The smaller room light switch was not working but lamps did. The washroom was spacious, hand soap and body wash were provided. There is also a table and chair, cabinet to hang your coat. We didn’t know how to change temperature but the heater was hot. I don’t think there is air conditioning, thus fan is provided. There were a lot of boulangerie nearby and that’s what I did in the morning. CON: No light on the sign outside so very hard to see at night. Also be aware of the bicycle lane in front of the hotel - these cyclists are crazy and cycle very fast

Avoid at all costs!!!

I have stayed here before and had no issues at all, so when my plans brought me back to Paris, I didn’t even look at other hotels and booked here again. What a HUGE mistake. The room was tiny even though it was booked as a larger room, the shower was so small you could barely fit, let alone bend down to wash yourself, we were supposed to have city views but all we looked into was another man’s apartment and him walking around naked in the morning but by far the biggest complaint was the heat. Sure, Paris was having an unprecedented heatwave, but with no AC, the room Was so hot it was uninhabitable. They gave us extra fans, but it did nothing but shift the scorching air. It was never my intention to have to leave, but we simply got no sleep on the first night due to how hot it was, and the hotel simply couldn’t care less. Disgusting behaviour and I’ll never recommend this place or stay there again.

パリでは良くあることですが、建物自体が古いので、床が斜めで部屋の中に居る時は平衡感覚がおかしくなるほどでした。また、エレベーターが良く壊れて使えませんでした。

Todo muy bien, el Personal muy amable, las habitaciones sencillas pero limpias, buena ubicación cerca de metro, buses y muchos restaurantes, las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado ni nevera (para verano indispensable) pero tiene ventilador y la verdad nos sentimos calor, estuvimos del 5 al 7 de julio en pleno verano, sino coges desayuno vale 11€ P/p y está bien

Noisy. We could hear the conversation in the next room. Did not refill coffee, sugar from day to day. Soap dispenser at the sink did not work, despite bottle being full. On the better side, the bed was very comfortable.

I was not allowed to have my friend visit me in my room as you have to leave your key with front desk every time you leave and the rude night agent said no guests were allowed. It was awful.

Dégradation de l'environnement pour se rendre en fin de journée de la gare de l'Est à l'hôtel (groupes de personnes, peu rassurant). Malheureusement l'hôtel n'y est pour rien.
