Sweet quiet spot to stay in the heart of the Marais. We were close to everything that we wanted to go to, cultural, as well as dining and shopping. Four people stayed, a little bit tight but livable.

Great location

A good location for two, however with three adults, it’s a little crowded. The bed is comfortable but hell to make up, it is nestled between three walls and for an older person it’s a little bit of a challenge to get in and out of. But the location will make you happy.

Great little place

Great little place close to restaurants and shopping. Bed was comfortable. We found it was quite warm even without the furnace on but we ran the ran to keep air moving but in the summer I’m sure it gets hot.

Fabulous location sweet studio

The location and size of this little studio was perfect for our 6 day stay…our check in was great, but some of the communication beforehand was a bit complicated. No matter, we enjoyed our stay!

Great little place in a cool neighborhood

First floor studio on a little street just up the street from a cafe. Apartment is perfect for two but would be tight with additional folks. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is well-appointed. Coffee maker and fridge included. We had a great stay and would rent again.

We recently stayed at this aparthotel in Paris and had a great time overall. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, but we did notice a few minor issues. There was a bit of mould on the back of the sofabed when we were preparing it for sleep, and we also spotted some ants crawling around. However, we didn't find these issues to be major concerns - perhaps just a matter of vacuuming the floor more regularly, especially in the evenings. Despite these small issues, we were really impressed with the property managers' response to our concerns. They were super responsive and efficient in resolving the mould issue, even changing the covers the very next day. The apartment's location was absolutely fantastic - it was extremely convenient, within walking distance to main shops, and close to all the amenities we needed. The area was very safe and family-friendly, which was a big plus for us. Overall, we'd recommend this aparthotel for its great location and comfortable amenities, and appreciate the proactive approach the staff took to addressing our concerns.

Nice place in Le Marais

Apartment as described and pictured. Clean but do not expect to cook big meals. Only one ‘sharp’ knife (peeler). But otherwise, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, etc. We were there just before a huge heat done arrived - so the rock walls kept the cool in and with a large oscillating fan, it remained comfortable. Cute space, area has a few restaurants/pubs close and many more a few blocks further. Biggest issue for us was distance to metro stops.

Location! Location!

Clean! Comfy! Safe neighborhood. Close to everything, 2 adults 2 teens fit comfortably. Property manager very responsive. Parking is very limited. We did not have a car..,just wanted viewers to know that. Will rent again. Shower was great. Beds were comfy. Would suggest more bedding so if you do have two people sharing they don’t have to fight over coolers. Other than that! Great place!

Lovely stay

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this apartment. The neighborhood was cute and quiet with a lot of options for food and drink. The apartment was very clean, updated, and just as described. The location was easy to navigate and only short metro rides to many of the Paris attractions that we wanted to see. I do wish the apartment had a welcome guide with WIFI info and suggestions for restaurants and bars in the area. And our greeter to check in was 1 hour late to meet up with us. But other than that I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in Paris.

Great property

I would have given 5 stars except we had to wait 45 min to check in. Also any crumbs attract ants! No drying towel rack for clothes. Location was great - 5 stars Main bed was very comfortable, pull out bed was hard as a rock. No AC in this place, took 2 days to get a fan. Room temp was about 80 degrees. Over all we would come back again, as you can’t beat this location. We walked to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Seine River. Close to museums, and parks.

Bon confort et super localisation!

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce studio. Le quartier est agréable et tous les services sont à proximité (à pied). Par temps chaud, le ventilateur était essentiel. Beau studio pour un couple mais à mon avis, un peu étroit pour 4 adultes. Merci pour tout!
