Ok, zuallererst - das Zimmer war etwas abgewohnt und bräuchte mal eine kleine Renovierung. Ansonsten war es aber relativ sauber, es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher, einmal wurde in meinem viertägigen Aufenthalt sogar das Bett frisch bezogen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück für 9 € war ausreichend. Es gab für jeden Frühstücksgast eine halbe Stange Baguette und ein ofenfrisches Croissant. Dazu Kaffee, Tee, Säfte soviel man möchte Marmelade, Nutella, Butter, Frischkäse, Yoghurt und verschiedene Cerealien. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Paris-Besuch gerne wiederkommen. Die Lage ist ideal, man ist in ein paar Minuten an der Metro-Station "Voltaire" und von da aus recht schnell über Gare de Nord am Airport Charlles-de-Gaulle. Auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen (zB 25 Minuten mit der Metro zum Eiffelturm oder 15 Minuten zum Louvre) oder für Konzerte in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Accor-Arena. Ach und für Vinyl-Fans - rund um das Hotel gibt es fußläufig sagenhafte Plattenläden zB das A One Paris.

Nach 5 Aufenthalten das schrecklichste Zimmer erhalten. Zimmerwechsel sollte 20€ kosten. Rückenteil vom Bett quietschte. Frühstück wird von Mal zu Mal weniger. Dieses Mal keine Eier, Wurst oder Käse. Sehr hellhörig, man hört die Leute auf dem Flur. Am besten Zimmer ganz hinten. Da ist es recht ruhig.

This was our second stay. Room-size was small but no different from other 3 star hotels in Paris. We did run into noise issues one night when neighbouring guests came back at 2:30 am. That can happen in any hotel but it is true that this hotel has thin walls. Luckily most guests seem to make an effort to be quiet. Room could have done with some cosmetic maintenance but nothing too bad. Street was quiet at night and there are a good choice of restaurants and such a couple of streets away.

The room was tiny, you can barely walk. Unable to open the bathroom door all the way. The bed was in the way. The tub was too high difficult to get out and in of the tub. P/s the breakfast was not free.

Il est difficile de comparer la qualité prix car premier séjour à Paris. C’est certain que c’est dispendieux pour la qualité mais probablement que c’est cela Paris. Il y a eu deux nuits sur 5 nuits où le bruit extérieur était dérangeant. Le personnel est vraiment courtois et agréable. Nous nous sommes senties en sécurité.

Good quality for the price. Room and bathroom are small as others have said but no smaller than other Paris hotels in this category. Bed was large for Paris (queen size) with comfortable mattress. Shower had good pressure. Neighbourhood fairly quiet and the windows did a good job of toning down the traffic noise (would still recommend earplugs if you are sensitive to noise but that goes for anywhere in a city!) We found the staff efficient and polite despite comments by other reviewers. We will be staying here again at the end of our trip.

Situation pratique pour tous les besoins d'un voyageur. Literie confortable, eau chaude suffisante et qui arrive rapidement dans la douche. Par contre, plus petite salle de bain que j'ai vu: le lavabo est DANS la douche. Il faut y entrer en montant une marche et la toilette ne laisse que peu d'espace donc danger de chute pour une personne âgée. Mon conjoint ne peut fermer la porte s'il est assis sur la toilette et il mesure 5'11" Sinon, tout est parfait et le personnel est serviable et courtois

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not eat there as both of us have dietary problems. The room we had was incredibly tiny though this may be a normal thing in that area. My complaint would be that the bathroom is so tiny, you have to sit sideways on the toilet and the shower was pretty dirty around the outside. Also, the elevator broke down and it was a long climb up to our room after walking all around Paris that day.
