Hotel informed in advance that there is no elevator so I was prepared. Not convenient for people with disabilities or in case you have heavy luggage. For me it was fine. Window a little bit difficult to open but room size was OK for Paris downtown. Good location near "Nation" with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and convenient transportation. Staff always friendly. Although I didn't take breakfast the breakfast room in the basement looked quite inviting.

Staff were friendly enough. But I think this was falsely advertised- the room was so tiny, the bathroom door was broken. The room wasn’t the cleanest. And they gave us one towel. The bed wasn’t that comfy and it smelt weird. The room looked bigger on the photos. The location was good. But disappointed with the room. And also when you leave to explore the city you have to give the staff your key for the room- so we didn’t feel safe leaving anything in our room. And our room was on the 6th floor with no elevator but the stairs are so narrow and it’s so unsafe to carry a suitcase up that far.

The bed was incredibly saggy in the middle, effectively making it like a hammock. I (anybody) couldn't sleep at all, making my stay a complete disaster. I made the night porter aware and he came up, acknowledged the fault and agreed it was unacceptable. He said he couldn't refund me but would have the hotel manager contact me regarding a refund. We checked he had my correct details yet nobody has bothered to contact me. Michael, Glasgow, Scotland.

A very clean room in an excellent location, and it was good to have a front desk staffed 24/7. The price was very reasonable too.

Pour une nuit mais pas plus....

Personnel très professionnel. Le problème est la piètre qualité de l'isolation photonique dans les chambres (murs et fenêtre) . La salle de bain manque d'une simple tablette pour poser la trousse de toilettes. Odeurs pas très agreable dans la salle de bain. 5eme étage sans ascenseur mais j'étais prévenu.

O hotel atendeu completamente nossas expectativas. Limpo, extremamente bem localizado (do lado do metro que te leva pro todo lado) e os atendentes muito simpáticos. Recomendo fortemente.
