This was a fantastic location. Being just around the corner from Arc De Triomphe, walking was absolutely convenient from Champs Elysees and shopping areas. Staffs were very kind. The room was a bit small, but considering the location, it was more than acceptible. Thanks!

The staff are very accommodating and welcoming and they shine brightly compared to other establishments nearby. My two areas of challenge would be. 1. the bathroom which was large and yet somehow managed to feel cramped. 2. The main dining area was not especially welcoming visually and the catering on offer at breakfast held alot to be desired. The above points are easily overshadowed by the hotels location on a small street which is very quiet and not a thoroughfare and immune to heavy traffic and the staff who really are the stars of the show. I shall return.

4/10 较差

满意：员工和服务
Overall, a disappointing experience. Despite requesting a quiet room twice in advance, we were initially given a very small, noisy room facing the street. Only after repeatedly insisting did the staff agree to move us to another room on the ground floor, facing the back courtyard, which was difficult to access. The beds were too small for two adults to sleep comfortably, the carpets were dirty, and the lobby was tiny. Despite our late arrival, the staff refused a one-hour late checkout without an extra charge, showing little flexibility or hospitality. The public restroom was in the basement, approximately 20–30 steps down, making access difficult for people with mobility issues. The breakfast area had attractive décor, but the food selection was limited. Overall, poor room comfort, cleanliness, accessibility, and customer service.

Great hotel on a side street 3 min walk from the Champs. The courtyard of the hotel is peaceful and a great place to do some work, check emails and chill. Rooms are on the smaller side but VERY well maintained, beds are comfortable, linens are top quality, water pressure is great and staff are very helpful and attentive. The location is truly great, literally 3 min walk to the Champs, 6 min to L'Arc
