Especially the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was exactly what we needed, the buffet looked very good, but we had already planned in advance to have our breakfast somewhere else - summed up: next time in Paris will probably lead us again to Hotel Mazagran. Merci beaucoup!!

The room was ckean and looked like advertised. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only problem is that they have a plasic cover under the sheets and it makes you sweat all night and its very uncomfortable.

We had a nice big room, I forgot to ask for twin beds as I was with my daughter,but didn't matter as had huge king size bed, room was cleaned daily, no Acon But given A fan , staff were very polite & nice very helpful ,we did a lot of walking not always as close to big attractions but bus was great transport close by , laundry mat close by to wash clothes, which was great The area unfortunately made me feel a bit nervous, but as saying that nothing happened to either me or my daughter Just unfortunate it was a heat wave during our stay I feel I needed more time to really enjoy more of Paris, Lots of culture

The good: The front desk team is wonderful and very welcoming. The beds are super cozy, the shower is clean and nice (though tiny), and the €12 breakfast is a solid option. The bad: There was zero communication from the hotel that there is active construction right outside. I was woken up by nonstop drilling and noise at 7 AM during my July 2026 stay. The lack of warning was disappointing for an otherwise lovely hotel.

Wonderful place in a wonderful neighborhood. The front desk is 24/7 and they are more than accommodating, making you feel EXTRA welcome. It’s right next to a metro station that has direct access to a majority of major tourist sights with no hassle. Note: the elevator is very small, can comfortably fit 2 people, or one person and a suitcase. Not a flaw, just a quirk to an amazing place at an amazing price.

The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, which truly made us feel at home. Hotel is accessible to two metro stations and is a close walk to Rue Montorgueil. The staff was more than welcoming and breakfast was adequate. My only downfall was the shower curtain. It was so long I found it challenging at times to maneuver in the shower. Also, be sure to bring ear buds as you are on a busy street with people out until late at night.

Chambre délabrée: fourmis dans la sdb au réveil, mitigeur à deux doigts de tomber, pommeau de douche qui fuit. Literie très dure, pas de clim dans la chambre (à fuir quand il fait chaud). Télé rayée et minuscule. Spot qui ne tient plus dans l’emplacement, j’ai cru qu’une caméra avait été posée en dessous, impossible de le remettre. Très gros jour en dessous de la porte. Aucune attention dans la chambre: pas de bouteille d’eau, ni bouilloire. Pas de savon dur dans la sdb. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel qui est très cher pour la qualité des équipements. Quartier très bruyant, impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte pour faire descendre la chaleur.
