L’accueil du personnel était chaleureuse. Ils étaient toujours prêt à donner des recommandations ou des indications sur les différentes choses à faire dans la région. L’hôtel est situé dans un secteur vivant à proximité de cafés et terrasses.

Hotel front desk was staffed 24/7 and overall was helpful and very friendly. Housekeeping was a surprising highlight, they cleaned daily, were thorough, and very respectful of personal property. Hotel very close to two metro stations and walking distance to many food and cafe options. The only downside is the room does not contain a safe or refrigerator but the hotel does allow some use of their refrigerator. Despite that, I would stay here again because it was a good value for a decent location and excellent customer service. Thanks Hotel Mazagran!

Nice, intimate hotel at a great price (for Paris) in a hopping neighborhood. Rooms and commons areas are very clean and updated. I’d note that the elevator is very small, as are the sink and shower, but these are minor issues in my book. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff were amazing and made the stay exceedingly pleasant. The property itself could use some sprucing up. As a diabetic a mini fridge would have been nice. Also USB ports charging and a Do Not Disturb door tag would have been appreciated.

The hotel location was <5 minutes from 2 metro stops and very easy to walk to. It's also walking distance (~25 mins) from the Louvre. Wifi works great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the elevator was perfect for my stay on the top floor. I traveled solo, so my room was fine for 1 person. The shower was small (30"×30"), but the water got hot and had good pressure. Several restaurants around were worth a try: Il Trattoria - the chicken pasta and the pizza were amazing Immersion - their French toast was great Guissette Gisele - their breakfast was delicious Le 40 - great happy hour drinks, and Amorino Gelato - the Italian hot chocolate was perfect. My only downside - It was a bit cold while I was there (40-50°F). The hotel had not cut on their boiler yet, so I was unable to use the heat in my room.
