We spent four nights here on tourism and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite nice As for the room it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast service was so good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a trip. On the day of arrival a guy welcomed us with big smile on his face he was so nice and decent.

Immaculate clean and sweet. Small safe in room. It's in a residential area. Small restaurant across the street. Three blocks from a supermarket and pharmacy. 6 blocks to a major subway station with train route RER A that connects to all points such as the Louvre, which is about 20 min away by train. Current fare is 2.50 Euro each way. Easy streets to walk. Staff is so kind. We did not do the breakfast so no comment. No fridge in room. No ice available. TV had two English language news stations and a few older English language series...but we did not go to Paris to watch TV. We hope to return to Paris and if we do we will stay here again. 🌹

Airport shuttle facility

There was No Shuttle facility from CDG airport , while that was mentioned as available in Hotels.com , hope that shall be available with a reasonable price .

L’accueil est parfait, merci à Mourad, Amir et Ryan qui ont contribué à ce que mon séjour se passe pour le mieux. Concernant la chambre elle est bien, le seul hic c’est le ménage, la personne responsable de l’entretien ne vient pas tous les jours. Concernant la chambre confort elle ne réapprovisionne pas, je suis obligée de constamment descendre pour réclamer à l’accueil réclamer l’eau, le café etc

Merci à Mourad d’être réactif, il est aimable et souriant. J’ai pris une chambre confort, la personne qui s’occupe du réapprovisionnement café, thé, eau , etc, oubliait constamment, Mourad a pu me fournir rapidement. Concernant la chambre 206, thermostat ne marchait pas, j’ai eu très froid, je ne pouvais pas monter le chauffage comme je le souhaitais.

Beaucoup de problèmes, on m’attribue d’abord une chambre qui est inondée, ensuite on me dit qu’il y’a une possibilité qu’il n’y ait plus de chambres, au final j’en ai une. Le lendemain on ne me jette pas la poubelle, ménage succinct. Je prends 2 nuits d’affilée et j’oublie de prendre la 3 ème, donc j’en prend une supplémentaire. Le dernier soir j’arrive à quasiment 22h et le veilleur me prend de haut en m’assurant que je n’avais pas payé, il était très insistant et paler devant d’autres clients, j’ai du lui montrer pendant minimum 10 minutes ma facture. J’ai eu l’impression d’être une voleuse et que je n’étais pas une vraie cliente mais une intrus. J’aimais bien y aller mais si l’hôtel ne se reprend pas, organisation et BIENVEILLANCE, je n’y retournerai plus.
