In den Küchenschränken war es dreckig, in der Wasserkaraffe und dem Teekocher waren nicht nur verkalkt, sondern abgestandenes WasserBesteck, Teller und Gläser im Schrank waren noch verdrecktDie Mikrowellentür war noch mit Essensresten verdrecktDie Kühlschrankschublade ist getapptIm Badezimmer habe ich eine Maus in der Badewanne mit Glas und Schieber einfangen müssen- diese Maus hatte überall Mäusekot hinterlassen Die Toilettenbrille hat gewackelt, die Toilettenbürste war unrein. Der Boden außen herum war verfleckt und der Teller darunter war mit Fikalien verschmiert.In der Wohnung gab es Ungeziefer.Als die Heizung von uns eingeschaltet worden ist, hat es modrig nach Schimmelsporen gerochen Die Lage war gut, der Check in hat unkompliziert geklapptDie Situation haben wir vor Ort mitgeteilt.
