The LOCASTAY agency presents to you this lovely 1 bedroom apartment right in the heart of the city, only 5 minutes away from the Louvre Museum, the river Seine and many famous attractions. Located in the lively Rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, first floor (no lift) of a typical Parisian building. Bakery just down the building and many cafes or restaurants nearby. You will find everything needed for your stay. Very conveniently served by many metros, bus and RER connections.

To confirm your reservation, a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization or a debit on your credit card. The amount is EUR 300.

Good communication with the host. The location was fantastic! Overall, the flat was nice. Only three minor complaints. The curved staircase up to the first (in the U.S., it would be called the second) floor has settled, so the last few steps to the flat are an adventure with no handrail. The shower door does not close completely, so water leaks out onto the bathroom floor. The toilet tank takes 6-8 minutes to refill after each flush.

The apartment was adorable and had everything we needed, especially a comfortable bed. The location was INCREDIBLE. Absolutely perfect. I don’t understand the question about a winery experience or vineyard, we were in the middle of Paris.
