Great little apartment in a vibrant neighborhood

The location was great. I wanted to go to the flea markets around Saint Ouen, as well as all the tourist attractions along the Seine. Montmartre was a perfect central location. The apartment was comfy for 2 people.

First time in Paris

We were very happy with the property, really close to metro stations and very quiet, so we were sleeping like kids. My sisters and brother are planning to go back again soon.

Odd layout and mold in property

Getting into this apartment was not bad, but we did have to maneuver around a lot of bikes to access the lockbox. We were greeted with a very humid and moist smell in the apartment. We then saw a significant amount of mold on both floors of the apartment. We promptly cancelled our stay after the first night, but this had to be done through customer service since the host never responded. The apartment is a very odd layout with a toilet upstairs and just a shower and sink in the basement. Additionally, the stairs are very narrow and steep which could be problematic for others. Would not suggest for more than 3 people.

Le logement est parfait pour visiter et profiter de Paris. Proche commerce et métro. Logement sécuriser et silencieux. Communication correcte avec l’agence.Le seul défaut est la literie. Le canapé lit et le lit de la chambre à côté de la cuisine sont bruyant et inconfortable. Il serait bon de prévoir à les changer.

Schöne Wohnung in Montmartre

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Sacre Coeur, Metro 5 Minuten entfernt, viele Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Ein Schlafzimmer und die Dusche sind quasi im Keller und über eine schmale Treppe zugänglich. Das andere Schlafzimmer liegt einige Treppenstufen erhöht. Die Wohnküche und die Toilette sind im EG, sehr hell und ruhig an einem Innenhof. Die Wohnung selbst ist eher hellhörig, vor allem, wenn noch jemand auf dem Schlafsofa übernachtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war völlig problemlos auf englisch. Wir hatten vor Antritt der Reise einige Fragen, die jedesmal sehr schnell beantwortet wurden. Einen Tag vor Anreise bekamen wir noch einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner, der uns sehr ausführlich mit Informationen zur Wohnung und dem Zugang versorgt hat. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Die Lage war super, um die Stadt zu erkunden und abends in der Nähe etwas zu essen oder zu trinken.
