Second Hone place

Hotel is very nice and very clean , the Staff are so kind and so helpful I felt iam in my second home . Very beautiful place to stay very quiet and very safe . Only 2 minutes walk to Gare du Nord best location ever . I was very happy and my wife like it a lot . It is a very good hotel for family couples. I advice you to go there you will like it trust me .

Very friendly staff, front desk available 24/7, convenient location to both train stations, have to leave room key with front staff when leaving building. Great lighting in room although absolutely no view from window and hardly any natural light from outside. Spacious bathroom. Small elevator and can be difficult to maneuver large luggage due to rooms being on different levels than where you get out on elevator (several steps up or down depending on location and narrow hallways). Breakfast is in very tight quarters. Even though breakfast ends at 10AM, staff were very kind to replenish food after that time.

Overall, I loved my stay at the hotel which is why I’ve given 5 stars but the attribute that stood out to me the most was the friendliness of the staff. They were lovely, approachable, accommodating and made us feel welcome and safe. Too add it’s only a 5 min walk away from Gare du Nord station (where we got off the Eurostar) and 5 min walk from Gare de L’est (which takes you easily to most places around the city centre). I will definitely be recommending this place to friends/family :)

Nice hotel

Nice hotel in a good location for exploring Paris. The room was comfortable and they provided a cot for our baby. The lift was very small and wouldn’t fit a pram or wheelchair.

This hotel is conveniently located only a few minutes from Gare du nord which is great if you’re taking the train to or from the airport and want a direct regional train to limit the travel time. We were four with two teens. The pictures and description made the room appear to have two big beds. But it was a queen with a single and trundle. However the trundle was really comfortable. The AC worked great. The room and bathroom were spacious for Paris. Being on the top floor it was very quiet but no view. The neighborhood was not charming and had few Parisian-type amenities.

The rooms are comfortable and modern and clean. Though very little public area for reception and restaurant. The staff at reception were really good, but we returned to our room early evening to find the window had been let open by housekeeping which was a concern.

Great value, great position, great area.

This hotel was an easy 4 min walk to the Gard Du Nord from which we retuned a hire car. The area has easy access to Gare Du L'est and all other transport. The area does not look like Paris but it was very safe and good. The young man on day duty was extremely helpful, and spoke English. He is a great asset for the hotel. The room was small yet performed well, and the bathroom being at the entrance was not a hinderance. Overall a good value hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was very convenient to both stations Gare du Nord and Gare de L'Est. However, the building is under refurbishment, so we had scaffoldings into our windows and noises in the morning from the builders - I wasn't aware of that, so it was not very relaxing in the morning and we couldn't open the window for some fresh air.
