In a high-end residence, with a private garden in the residence, on the 15th floor with elevator, we offer you this apartment with balcony and a breathtaking panoramic view of Paris and its monuments.

Very bright and quiet, tastefully decorated, you will fully appreciate this apartment located on the Quai Jemmapes:
This quay runs along the Saint-Martin canal, which has become one of the favorite places for lovers of Parisian walks.
The accommodation
This canal, 4.5 km long, punctuated by 9 locks and 5 bridges, was dug as an extension of the Canal de l'Ourcq, by decision of Napoleon, anxious to please Parisians by bringing them drinking water.

This apartment is intended for calm people who respect the property of others. It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or noisy evenings. Any breach of the rules of decency would force us to interrupt your rental and ask you to leave immediately.

This magnificent apartment is composed of a large fully equipped kitchen, a 45m2 living / dining room with its breathtaking view, a small living room with a sofa bed for two adults, a bedroom with a view of the Eiffel Tower, an office, and two bathrooms with 2 toilets.

You can relax on the balcony while sipping your favorite cocktail while enjoying the panorama.

Price based on 4 people, or 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds.

Awesome views in a fun, interesting neighborhood

The views of Sacre Coeur and the Eiffel tower are impressive. The apartment was quiet and modern. Locals gather at the canal outside the front door every night creating a fun atmosphere. We recommend La Marine just across the canal. Easy subway access.
