不满意：员工和服务，清洁度
This these is supposed to be remodeled room. Did they put a sand the floor a waste wrapped up so many tiny turned a piece of paper almost black then. We open the dresser drawer and there is crack and men's clothing when I called the office and tell them about it and ask them why was my room not cleaned, he said. How do we know it's not yours? Well, first of all, I don't do that. And how dare you degrade me and say that and then hang up on me? Very unprofessional, very rude. Overcharges, you, we have to check out by 11. If we're a minute over we get charged. Extra, there are other guests there. They don't have to check out until 3 PM and even if they don't have it, they get to stay until 10 PM before they put out of the room. Have another one that they rent by the month and they're a month behind, and still not kicked out or harassed, but if we're a minute over 11 AM, then we're charged extra period.
