The flat is in an ideal location. The place was clean and we were able to check-in early. I reached out to the manager on two occasions (to request extra comforters as it was very cold in Paris and to inquire about transportation back to the airport) and never received a call or text back. Very disappointed in that response. Also, the apt is bare bones. Holes in lamp shades, no art or other items that create warmth in a space. All things to consider when booking this apt.

Perfect stay with Pad-à-Terre in the three-bedroom flat next ( literally) to the Louvre. Very comfortable, well set up, and in a quite simply in perfect spot. You can’t go wrong and solid service was there to back it up with a smile.

We got in late and was met by the agent. He walked through the apartment gave us all the information we needed and was very nice. We would highly recommend to stay here.

Nice apartment in a great neighborhood

The apartment was perfect. The amenities are very good. Proximity to places of interest (Notre Dame, the Louvre, Saint Chapelle, the Opera) and to the metro cannot be beat. The most difficult thing is that this is a 4th floor walkup with a spiral staircase with uneven treads, making it a bit treacherous if you are not careful. Also not great if you have a lot of heavy luggage unless you are strong or traveling with strong companions.

Paris stay in St Honore

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The location of the apartment is superb. And it was clean, well- equipped and as depicted on the internet. Also, James was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to communications. I recommend the apartment and would happily stay in it again.

Fantastic location that is a 10 minute walk to Louvre, 5 minutes to Seine an Les Halles Metro station. The apartment easily accommodated 6 adults with nice common area for gathering. It was very clean with hotel quality linens. Spiral stairs to 3rd floor will be challenging for anyone with a disability.

Paris trip

Location is perfect. Apartment is beautiful! Had a wonderful time and enjoyed being able to sit together in the evening reliving our day. Used their car ride service. Highly recommend. It was a bit confusing at the airport, but that was our fault. Not the drivers. He was patient and very prompt to send and receive texts. Driver this morning was at the apartment promptly at 4:30am. The stairs to the apartment were daunting at first but we survived and our hearts thank us! Thank you James!

Great experience!

The Rue Saint Honore property is perfect. It is clean, updated and perfect for 2-3 couples or a family. Location was amazing as well with cafes, bars and restaurants right out the door. Very quiet also being on an upper floor. We would definitely stay here again.

A comfortable apartment in a great neighbourhood. Very quiet at night. The location can't be beat. Within walking distance to many of Paris's major attractions including the Louvre, Saint Chapelle, Notre Dame and the Left Bank. Many dining options right outside the door. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Amazing Memories in Les Halles

Our family of five came to Paris for spring break. The location of this property and the amenities are extremely rare for Paris. We had three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and plenty of space to rest after our daily adventures. The location is phenomenal. We loved the Italian restaurant next-door and the two markets within walking distance. Also, the boulangerie on the street is fantastic. In short, we cannot wait to visit again.

Great neighborhood

The location was excellent and the apartment itself nice but with some disappointments. There was no vacuum cleaner and the appliances in the kitchen were lousy and the cheapest of the cheapest. The dishwasher did not wash the dishes properly, the washing machine did not dry the clothes properly and the fridge has some elements that were broken. Other issue was that you needed to go up 3 flights of very perilous stairs to reach the apartment which was problematic with the suitcases. Also, a night bar was right next door meaning that on a Friday and Saturday night it was quite noisy until very, very late. Location was great and the neighborhood full of great places. The accommodation was certainly not the level of 5 stars.

Staff trip to Paris

The apartment was perfect for our staff trip to Paris. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The location is very close to many attractions. The Louvre is a short walk. Other sites are a short ride away. During our stay the restaurants closed due to virus so having a full equipped apartment came in handy. There are grocery, meat market, fruit and bakery within a block of apartment. If that was not enough James checked in to make sure were okay. I would high recommend this unit.
