「Ok」

「首先酒店職員服務態度非常好，十分友善和很有禮貌。酒店附近食肆林立，很多選擇，行街購物也十分方便。酒店房間寬敞舒適和清潔乾淨整齊。不過酒店餐廳清潔就有待改善，原因是我發現盛載橙汁嘅玻璃杯既然留下之前住客嘅紅唇印在杯上，員工沒有洗乾淨及檢查，真是嚇了一跳，十分噁心。再加上有蒼蠅在食物上飛來飛去，令人不安。」

「Wonderful stay. Small room but very clean and cozy. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.The location is great. I would love to stay here again. 」

「The staff made us feel exceptionally welcome. We arrived early on a Sunday morning and though our room was not ready (nor did we expect it to be!) we were offered a complimentary hot beverage (coffee, tea). After a long international flight and customs line, this was such a treat. The front desk texted once our room became available (bags already delivered to our room!) and was always ready with an umbrella due to the rainy weather. Our room was quite spacious and exquisitely decorated....

We tried to let her understand her college told us no need to do check out for her but now she says “there is no note...
