Pros: good location for walking, metro/bus/RER C, not hotel clean but pretty clean, linens and towels very clean, nice big window, good water pressure, clear access instructions, options to check in/out early/late handy. Cons: very narrow twisted stairs between floors so ask for ground unit, inside space very tight not easy to move for 2 people. I gave 3 stars as I would not book that unit again for myself and my husband.

Worst stay ever

Not so good. The main bedroom door didn’t close, the hair dryer didn’t work, the shower heads were installed way too low, the paint was peeling off the ceiling, one remote for 3 tv’s, grime and gross shower floors, some lights didn’t work, furniture was falling apart and broken, lighting that did work was dim and hard to see in kitchen trying to prepare food, no microwave, alarm beeping outside door and window most of our stay, conduction stove didn’t work with supplied pans, smelled musty and moldy, electrical ruined and melted our flat iron for hair, water pressure was very low, and no soap to wash hands.

This property is poorly managed! There is no safe, no water boiler to make a cup of tea, not even a glass to drink water! On my last night of stay, around midnight a guy was trying to open the door to my room, i woke up with fear! It apewared that they system double booked my room and they assined my room to another person while it was rented to me that night. The air ventilation is terrible and everything i wet for hours if you take a shower! A family lives in ground floor which had a party and made toooo much noise and i could not rest for hours! This property chager you 40 euro jf you want to check in before 16.00! Another 40 euro if you want to check out between 10 to 11!! It seems that they just want to earn money and they have no respect to customer right! Only positive comment is about the location but it does not worth the discomfort and choas .

It was one of the worst places we lived ever. The staff never communicated in a timely fashion e.g., despite our repeated request did not say how to go to the facility from the airport. There were some other major flaws e.g., 1. The direction to get the key from key box was not clear. 2. We were on 3rd floor and there was no light above 2nd floor although we had to climb steep spiral stairs. I have videos of the above drawbacks. Besides that I had to make repeated request to get WIFI password. The people here seemed to have total disregard for the guests. It's a horrible place to stay. This facility should not be part of the hotels.com.

WARNING!!!STAY AWAY FROM RÉSIDENCE PARIS JAVEL!!!

Place looked nothing like online advertisement. No a/c. Hot as hell inside place. Molding inside the residence. About a 24in round diameter mold spot under the sofa mattress. Sofa bed was run down and old. Ironing board hanging on the wall with iron on the floor along with 2 old floor fans. The outlet in the wall was hanging out from the wall. Had a RAID can at the entrance of the door. The place has flooded before, and you can tell by the warped moulding inside the place. The whole place flooded the first night my family and I were there on 6/25/2025. The merchant of the place was of no help and all he suggested was having a maid clean the room the next morning rather than refund our money so we could find another location to stay. Our safety was at risk due to the electrical wiring hanging out from the wall. They could care less about false advertising their place of stay which is the main reason they stated NO REFUNDS. They just want your money and once you are there, you are stuck in a bad situation. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. We paid for 7 nights at this place, and left after the 1st night of stay after the storm. Hotels.com should not allow this place to advertise on their site. I have videos and photos of this place as proof. I WARN YOU. Stay away. They will not refund you your money because I did not get a refund. That is why they said,”NONREFUNDABLE” so they can take your money even if you are not pleased with their scamming false advertisement.

Juste en dépannage

L’appartement est très bien placé, par contre il est extrêmement petit, mais surtout le gros problème il y a une fenêtre qui donne dehors au rez-de-chaussée qui n’a ni volé ni rideau. Donc si vous aimez dormir dans le noir il faut oublier.
