⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay, excellent value Clean, modern, and very comfortable apartment with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the residence was quiet and well maintained. Convenient location with easy access to public transport and central Paris, plus a nice walk along the Seine. Excellent value for money — I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for about a week, and all the staff were kind and helpful—it was a really great experience. The room was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I felt very relaxed throughout my stay. The location also offered relatively easy access to tourist spots, and I was able to make some wonderful memories. If I ever come back to Paris, I’ll definitely stay here again.

I’ve visited Paris a number of times and this is the best place that I’ve ever stayed at in the city. The suites are spacious, beautifully designed, spotless and affordable. We loved having the kitchenette. The friendly welcoming staff, the lovely, thoughtful extra touches like the complimentary citrus, mint flavoured water and croissants available in the beautiful lobby all made this a wonderful home base for our 10 day stay in Paris.

The residence itself was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have a kitchen to cook meals. The location however is in an industrial area and our view was a smokestack of a garbage incineration facility. It seems that the area has several similar residences, with one apparently for young people, who were partying outside until early morning one night. But the price is good for a place in Paris.

Great place. Close to line C RER (5-10 min walk or just take bus 25). So, a direct way to most attraction. The place is super clean and very comfortable. I rarely sleep so well in a hotel. 100% recommend.

This incinerator in Ivry is the largest incinerator in Europe.The hotel's close proximity raises concerns regarding public health. Moreover, there were yellow stains in the corners of the shower cabin, suggesting that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. Although the room includes a kitchenette, it was not adequately equipped for guests who wish to cook. There were rust-like stains on the bathroom towel, which was disappointing. The main positive aspect of our stay was the friendly and helpful attitude of Ms. Myriam at the reception. Additionally, the hotel’s location is convenient, being close to both metro and bus stops.
