Great deal. Just be careful.
Be warned that this rental requires paperwork filled out on the renters own website as well as a security deposit that also needs to be done off of Vrbo.
When I’m traveling around, it can be quite challenging to fill out all of this stuff a few days before the rental starts with constant warnings that your reservation will be cancelled if not done.
Truly, if you have the time, then do it. Otherwise, if your data connection on your phone is very slow when out of the country, rent somewhere else.
Also be aware that the early mornings will be eye opening as the trash and recycling bins are below the apartment and the neighbors seem to love to make as much noise as possible as they drop the glass bottles in to the bin.
This apartment must have been beautiful when it was renovated. However it has been very abused and is not being maintained or repaired.
This apartments location is not for the timid, so solo travelers be aware that you may want to look elsewhere.
The induction cooktop is cheap and it takes forever to cook on. The oven has no directions and the control knobs were undecipherable.
Table was broken.
One sad single glass but plenty of plastic party tumblers.
Shower pressure, hot water and towel warmers are great.
There are enough pots, pans, plates and utensils.
Capsule coffee machine but no toaster or smoke alarm.
It’s ok.
Honestly, if you are self assured and just need a place to crash on the cheap, then this is your place.
