The matress needs to be replaced. The middle part is already collapsing when you lie down on the sofabed. Also, kindly put hooks inside the bathroom or behind the door. Thanks!

Réservation absolument catastrophique. Canapé-lit complètement cassé et obligation de dormir sur le sol pour ne pas sentir les barres en métal du sommier dans son dos et sur ses épaules ... Communication catastrophique avec une équipe totalement incompétente (ne faites surtout pas confiance à Sweett, l'hébergeur) qui a fini, après 24 heures de stress et d'ignorance, par reconnaître que le canapé-lit était cassé, alors que ces gens avaient nié l'évidence jusqu'à présent. Impossible de parler par téléphone à qui que ce soit de compétent ou de responsable, communication uniquement en anglais ! A partir de ce moment-là, un relogement m'a été proposé, et l'honnêteté intellectuelle m'oblige à reconnaître que l'appartement était plus grand et bien entretenu, mais situé dans un quartier qui était moins proche de mes obligations professionnelles à Paris. La note très sévère que je laisse à Sweett s'explique par le fait que j'ai été ignoré pendant 24 heures, que j'ai dû dormir sur le sol, que j'ai été épuisé pendant deux jours au travail à cause de tout ça. Et que Sweett n'a pas accepté de me dédommager sous forme d'un bon à valoir sur un futur séjour dans l'un de leurs logements. J'ajoute qu'un précédent client avait déjà évoqué le lit très inconfortable, contrairement à ce qu'affirme l'équipe Sweett qui raconte n'importe quoi et ne lit rien. Je demande toujours un minimum de 200 € de compensation pour ce que j'ai vécu car mon temps, mon sommeil et ma santé ne sont pas des détails.

Good value. Sofa bed mattress not in good condition though, you can feel frame which is certainly uncomfortable.
