Great location!

Small, tidy place that serves the needs of the three of us perfectly! Beds were really comfortable and we loved the location. The little Pépite bakery right down the street became a morning ritual!

Bel appartement, équipement à améliorer

J'ai passé 3 nuits en famille dans cet appartement très bien situé et bien conçu. C'est certainement une gageure que d'organiser une pièce de vie et deux chambres dans un si petit espace, mais cela fonctionne. L'appartement était très propre. Tout d'abord, l'accès à l'appartement est un genre de chasse au trésor pour accéder victorieusement au trousseau de clés après avoir composé 4 codes dont un à 9 chiffres ! Ceci dit, je comprends parfaitement ce processus qui est une mesure de sécurité. En ce qui concerne les équipements, la vaisselle est suffisante mais il n'y a que 4 chaises pour une capacité d'accueil de 6 personnes. Mais ce qui nous a le plus gêné, ce sont des problèmes techniques dus à une mauvaise conception de la cuisine et de la salle de bains. Dans la cuisine, la distance entre les prises et l'évier est très courte et nous avons eu un problème électrique le premier jour. Je tiens d'ailleurs à remercier l'agence pour sa réactivité. Le deuxième problème concerne la salle de bains. La déclivité de la douche ne permet pas une évacuation rapide de l'eau et le joint de la porte de douche n'empêche pas l'eau de passer dans la salle de bains qui est constamment inondée. Enfin, le canapé convertible du séjour est extrêmement inconfortable et le sommier grince. Ces remarques mises à part, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La situation de l'appartement est parfaite et permet de faire pratiquement tout à pied.
