A cosy luxury apartment in the heart of Paris. Notre Dame. Le Marais, St Germain des Près at a walking distance. Completely renovated by an architect. Easy life.
The apartment has a great living room, parquet, corian kitchen and a nice bedroom with a double bed and bathroom.
There is a sofa bed in the living room for a third person or a kid (double bed).
St Louis island : a village in the heart of Paris: bakeries, butcher, cheese, coffee shop, flowers, market.
You must be sportive to climb the stairs till 4 th floor:)) but the stairs are easy to climb and classed as historical stairs

Lovely apartment in a perfect location

This apartment was the perfect pied a terre for my 2 week stay in Paris. Centrally located on Ile Saint Louis, but on a quiet street, it was a perfect place to stay as it was a short walk to metro on either side of the Seine. There was plenty of space and light, the furniture was very comfortable, and owner/manager were helpful, responsive, and kind. Lovely experience.

Amazing apartment on Isla St Louis

The location of this property is unparalleled! The apartment IS on a high floor, so be prepared for stairs, but the space is quite open and it is so easy to get to from anywhere in Paris. We had some trouble with the front door our first time, but were able to connect with the property manager right away and get help with that. We never truly figured out the stovetop but were able to use it enough for our needs. The clothes washer works great and there is an easy to set up drying rack, so that makes laundry very easy. The dishwasher is quite handy too! Shower is terrific, updated and with good pressure. Greg was responsive even from a distance! Thanks so much for a really terrific stay en Paris!

Ssshhhhhhh - Don't tell anybody!!!

This is a perfect gem of an apartment in the absolute quaintest part of Paris. Charming cafes, boulangeries, and shops abound on these quiet streets as you get to experience living every-day Parisan life. We will be going back here next year and I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel like they belong to this perfect city for a week. But don't tell anyone! I want it to remain our little secret!

Hidden gem

Gorgeous, light-filled apartment on a quiet cobble-stoned street a stone’s throw from the Seine and a quick walk to Notre Dame. (To make things extra magical, a family of beautiful swans was living in this section of the Seine.) The location is perfect. Having never been to Paris before, I would mention that my family and I were planning a visit, and inevitably everyone would mention Île Saint-Louis as a must-see spot. Now I understand why, with its magnificent architecture, old-world elegance, charming shops, and sparse crowds. And unlike a lot of apartments I researched, this Vrbo was wonderfully quiet. We didn’t hear a peep from neighbors, and there was no noise from the street below. We could easily walk to Sainte-Chapelle, the Sorbonne, the Louvre, etc. If you’re lucky enough to book this Vrbo, you’ll be happy you did.
