“This hotel tries really hard; has spacious rooms with high quality furnishings, and excellent personal service (e.g. ringing you up to ask if you want breakfast room service). The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed. Foreigners should be aware that no beer or wine is served.”

Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice.”
“My friend and I stayed in the Grand Serela Setiabudhi hotel for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the Manager, Agin who was very patient and tried his sincerest to help us.
Actually, the main reason coming to Bandung is for our friend's wedding, therefore we were on a very tight schedule. As it was, the manager Agin and Ronald still tried their best to help, listening our request patiently and quick to recommend attractions of Bandung to us. It was great!! We tried……
“Lekker rustig gelegen hotel, waarvandaan je wel makkelijk in het centrum van Bandung kan komen. De kamer is lekker ruim, hoewel de bedden wel klein zijn. Pas op met douchen. Stel de temperatuur goed in en wacht een paar minuten. De waterdruk komt namelijk in golven en kan ineens heel heet zijn. Het enige minpuntje; de kamer stond geadverteerd als 'ontbijt inbegrepen' en dit stond ook in mijn boekingsbevestiging, maar dit bleek bij aankomst niet zo te zijn. Maar dit is een fout bij Hotels.com.”
