great ski vacay

Property is very clean and new, great kitchen and our teens loved the arcade. Easily walkable to restaurants and ski lift, very convenient. Only complaint is the family room furniture wasn't the most comfortable, it's screaming for a cushy sectional.

Ski vacation in Park City

We had a great time. The house is the perfect rental with lots of entertainment for kids/teens. It is also conveniently located next to the shuttle stop for easy access to the slopes. The property management team was very helpful and quick to respond.

Ski vacation

This was our 2nd time at this property. Same as last year, everything went smooth. Property is in great condition and has everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the games and kept them occupied. Great location to town and ski lifts.

We had a great week. Need new cleaning service or clean day of arrival. First impression on arrival was front yard grass/weeds over a foot tall. Sent letter to stay@abodeluxuryproperties.com--no response.

Best Ski Home

I am the owner of this house. I have stayed at close to 30 ski vacation homes, and built this home to be the ideal luxury vacation and ski home. From the extremely functional mudroom, large great room with mountain-contemporary finishes, kid and adult-friendly furnishings, and incredible rec room in the basement, no detail was overlooked. The ceilings are vaulted throughout the main level with large windows that let in plenty of light and mountain views. The house is a close walk to town lift and main st, and the bus stop is one house down that drops off directly at the resort base. All 5 bedrooms are en suite, 4 with king beds, and one bunk room - all of which have high-end mattresses. Other features include plenty of parking with a snow melt driveway (and back patio), hot tub with mountain views, radiant floors in basement, remote-controlled blinds in every room, two washers and dryers, and much more. The rec room has a large TV, claw game loaded with prizes, pop-a-shot, shuffleboard, whac-a-mole, children's football toss, Guitar Hero, NBA Jam, and Arcade Legends - best of all, all of the arcades and claw game are free play!

Amazing house, great management company

Every once in a while, a home rental (like life) doesn't go as expected. This is an amazing house for a large group (we were 12 people - two families with 8 kids age 20-23) -- great house, great amenities, great layout, great location, great everything. Even better than the pictures. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck in terms of malfunctions -- wifi, hot tub, more. The management company (and the owners), however, was beyond exceptional in terms of their handling of the issues. We cannot recommend the house or the management company enough. They handled it exactly as one should/would expect when you pay a premium for a high quality house and things don't go perfectly. We would definitely rent this house again despite the bad luck and would rent any home managed by this company.

The place was absolutely perfect. Both the kids and adults really enjoyed the game room. The beds were very comfortable. Location was great and we really appreciated being able to drop our luggage off a little before check in time. Everything we wanted was at the house. We would look at your properties in the future.

Even better than we had hoped!

We had a great time staying in this gorgeous home (it has been newly renovated) in Park City with our family and friends. The house has clearly been redone with a lot of care and focus on making stays comfortable and fun. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy (every bedroom even has its own bathroom). The main living area is wide open with a big kitchen, living room, & eating area which easily accommodated us all. The kids love the arcade & play area and ended up hanging out there most of the time. Given the proximity to Main Street restaurants and bars, the Town Lift, bike trails, & the park, the location couldn’t be better. Parents and kids both left happy- can’t wait to go back next year.

Park City Mountain Luxury

We recently returned from our trip to Park City and this property was everything we could have wanted and more. It was really beautiful, and had all of the amenities one would expect in a luxury vacation mountain home. The most important thing to note about this property is that it is spotless... very, very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our large group, and we never felt cramped. A king sized bed and en suite in each of the bedrooms was particularly nice and certainly unusual. Our kids also loved the built-in bunkbeds. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were exceptional and well appointed. The game room on the lower level kept the kids entertained while we relaxed in the spa outside. You could tell the owners spent a great deal of time making sure they addressed every detail to make this home perfect. In short, we would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a larger home in Park City. We hope to return during the ski season and would choose this property again in a heartbeat.
