This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 wood-burning fireplaces, 5 Smart TVs, and a Sonos sound system. After a day on the slopes, relax on the balcony with mountain views or in the seasonal shared hot tub. With on-site parking and easy access to nearby ski resorts, this condo offers the perfect mountain escape.

Step into this modern Park City condo, ideally located just steps from Park City Mountain Lodge and a short walk from Main Street. The living room offers a warm retreat with a wood-burning fireplace and an immersive Sonos sound system, ideal for relaxing after a day of mountain adventures. The fully equipped kitchen—with top-of-the-line appliances—makes meal prep easy, while the dining area seats six comfortably. After a day on the slopes, you can unwind on the private balcony with mountain views or in the shared hot tub.

Recharge in the beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. Upstairs, the primary suite provides a serene escape with a king bed, fireplace, 55” Smart TV, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony access. Two additional queen bedrooms feature Smart TVs and ample closet space. The fourth bedroom on the main floor includes two full beds and its own Smart TV, perfect for families or groups. With 2.5 modern bathrooms, including a spa-like master bath with a double-sink vanity and a large shower, everyone can relax in comfort.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and 1 parking spot in the garage (6'5" clearance height). They will also have access to the on-site shared hot tub (open for October to May).

This condo is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. The condo is within walking distance of both the city and the slopes, making it the ideal location for your Park City adventures! Make the walk to the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District, where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. Or grab your skis and hit the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort. A quick 2-minute walk will take you to Park City Mountain Lodge. A 10-minute walk will bring you to the Park City Town Lift, which connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting world-class ski slopes just steps from your front door. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience. In the summer months, explore one of several beautiful hiking trails, all less than a five-minute drive away. Popular options include Armstrong Trail, Silver Spur, and Dawn’s Trail. This home is the perfect launching pad for year-round fun.

Getting Around:
With its prime location, this property within walking distance of Main Street, Old Town, and the Park City Town Lift for direct access to the slopes. The Old Town Transit Center, a 15-minute walk away, connects you to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and other nearby attractions. Take advantage of the free transit and Main Street trolley to explore the Historic District, or use Uber and Lyft for added convenience.

Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
The hot tub is listed as a shared amenity and it is only available in the Winter months from October to May.

Great Condo just a block away from the Mountain Village

We picked this place because it was close to the Mountain base village, had the number of bedrooms we were looking for, and had a hot tub. What we found was a clean, bright place that was exactly as described. Communications with the hosts were prompt, and everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here!
