Cute, clean, and comfortable

We had a great stay. The condo is cute, clean and comfortable and easily accommodated our family of five. There was lots of communication up front and a rapid response when we had a question. Good location and we’d stay here again if we return to Park City.

Clean, cozy and convenient

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and it lived up to our expectations. It had everything we needed for our short ski trip. Communication was good - both in advance and when we encountered a minor issue, it was promptly resolved. We would stay here again if we return to Park City!

Met our needs

The location of this property is great for exploring the Sundance Film Festival. The condo was perfectly adequate, although we had some issues with check-in due to inaccurate information from VRBO and not hearing from the property manager in advance. There were also some issues with cleanliness in the bathrooms. Other than that, the condo is very basic and served its purpose, which was primarily just to be a place to sleep and shower.

Great location!

Our family had a great time in Park City! This condo was clean and comfortable. But best of all was the proximity to town, the grocery store, and the base of the ski mountain. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice property & excellent location

This property is a gem. Nicely decorated and roomy. It was a quick walk to the ski hill and very short bus ride to the downtown restaurants each night.

Again a great stay!

We have stayed in this apartment for the last few years. The communication from booking to check in has always been outstanding. This is a great place for families or groups. Walking distance to the lifts and in the evening to main street.

Gorgeous condo, great location

I stayed here for a week to enjoy the Sundance Film Festival and skiing. The apartment is gorgeous, better than the photos. Great location with a shuttle stop a few steps away, and a block from Park City Mountain Resort. Lovely plush towels and quality sheets as well.

Great locations

Great location just a short walk uphill to get to mountain village parking lot. The building appears to be under going some constructions, but you can’t beat the location. The furniture is a little outdated but everything work.

Great place for a convenient family ski vacation!!

We stayed several years at this condo and we love it! We already booked for next year😊! Dave (the owner) and Ron (local support) are very helpful and always available. The place is very clean, comfortable and close to the lifts (easy 5min walk) and to the restaurants in Main Street (15 walk). Recommend this place for a great family ski vacation!!

Great apartment close to ski lifts

We stayed 6 nights while skiing Park City. The apt is very close to the lifts, only 5 minute walk. Spacious, nice gas fireplace. Owner/manager good to work with. We would stay here again if we return to Park City for skiing.

Great location to enjoy tons of skiing in park city!

This location was within 5 min walk to the parking lot at park city and within walking distance to the center of town and to all that you need. Property manager was so responsive and we had all the amenities we needed for an outstanding week of great skiing in park city. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Location

David was an amazing host! Super accommodating with whatever we needed. His place had everything we needed and more. Great location just a short walk to ski lift and lodge. There is a ski locker to keep equipment at too. I would definitely recommend him and his place!

Location, location, location.

Stayed for a long ski weekend. Couldn’t believe how close it was to the slopes. Less than 10 minute walk and only half a mile from the town center. 6 of us stayed and plenty of room. The pictures don’t do it justice, much cozier than it looks. I will definitely consider staying here again

Ideal location and very comfortable

I'm writing this review from the couch of the apartment on our last evening here. We had a fantastic time and good deal of the reason is the convenience and comfort of this condo. Our group of 6 loved that the town lift was a total of about 100 steps (and a short bus ride) away. We also enjoyed the kitchen for eating in and the large hot tub at the end of the day.

Great 3 bedroom condo

The condo was just as advertised. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was in a great location. The ski slope was just a 5 minute walk, the grocery store was walkable and the bus line to get downtown was just outside. Cory was very helpful with early check-in.

Perfect Location...Beautiful Condo with lots of Amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! We could walk to Park City Mountain Resort and Main Street or take the free Trolley/Bus around the area or to Deer Valley. The kids loved ping ping and hanging out in the jacuzzi when we were not at the mountain. The gas fireplace in the living room and the bedroom gave that romantic/ski chalet feel you so want when you take a ski vacation. Highly recommend!!

easy communication. place is roomy & nice & comfortable. nice view too. third floor unit with balcony & fireplace. hot tub was very nice & never crowded. short walk to PayDay and short shuttle ride to Main St - we got the MyStop app & you can see when the next bus is coming.
