Cute, clean, and comfortable

We had a great stay. The condo is cute, clean and comfortable and easily accommodated our family of five. There was lots of communication up front and a rapid response when we had a question. Good location and we’d stay here again if we return to Park City.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and it lived up to our expectations. It had everything we needed for our short ski trip. Communication was good - both in advance and when we encountered a minor issue, it was promptly resolved. We would stay here again if we return to Park City!

Very nice property & excellent location

This property is a gem. Nicely decorated and roomy. It was a quick walk to the ski hill and very short bus ride to the downtown restaurants each night.

Again a great stay!

We have stayed in this apartment for the last few years. The communication from booking to check in has always been outstanding. This is a great place for families or groups. Walking distance to the lifts and in the evening to main street.

Gorgeous condo, great location

I stayed here for a week to enjoy the Sundance Film Festival and skiing. The apartment is gorgeous, better than the photos. Great location with a shuttle stop a few steps away, and a block from Park City Mountain Resort. Lovely plush towels and quality sheets as well.

Great locations

Great location just a short walk uphill to get to mountain village parking lot. The building appears to be under going some constructions, but you can’t beat the location. The furniture is a little outdated but everything work.

Perfect for a ski weekend!

The property was perfect for a skiing weekend. We were able to walk right to the lift for skiing and into downtown for dinner. The kitchen was great for making our own dinners and well equipped. Plenty of sheets and towels. I'd definitely stay again!

Great place for a convenient family ski vacation!!

We stayed several years at this condo and we love it! We already booked for next year😊! Dave (the owner) and Ron (local support) are very helpful and always available. The place is very clean, comfortable and close to the lifts (easy 5min walk) and to the restaurants in Main Street (15 walk). Recommend this place for a great family ski vacation!!

Met our needs

The location of this property is great for exploring the Sundance Film Festival. The condo was perfectly adequate, although we had some issues with check-in due to inaccurate information from VRBO and not hearing from the property manager in advance. There were also some issues with cleanliness in the bathrooms. Other than that, the condo is very basic and served its purpose, which was primarily just to be a place to sleep and shower.
