"Fenced yard with large crate for inside-Couldn’t have been any better for pets. If you need a fan , bring your own. No box or small fans in house. Beach was right there. Great views. Close to town, but not too close. They provided hotel style soaps, shampoos, good towels, and laundry detergent. Outside lighting excellent. Beds were all good. King bed was excellent comfort. Downstairs also has comfortable sitting area and table, With charcoal type barbecue grill. Highly recommend this property. We’ll be back. "

"Great home with great deck! We had a lot of fun fishing. The communication from the host was amazing! They were available at nearly every hour of the day and responses were so prompt (replied within minutes!). Instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear and detailed, and the reminders and offers throughout the trip were very helpful. Wonderful hosts. AC/heat worked well. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. A few downsides:- There were no towel hangers or toilet paper roll holder in multiple bathrooms (made using the restroom somewhat inconvenient).- Some parts of the deck were worn/damaged making parts of the deck unstable- The house was clean for the most part, but there were some spots that had clearly not been cleaned in a while or were not properly cleaned (especially the pantry)- Since we visited in the wintertime, we would’ve liked thicker blankets. There were only thin blankets availableThese are just minor things that could easily be fixed, and didn't have a major impact on our trip. Overall rating: 4.5/5! Would definitely stay again!"

"The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our large group. There were lots of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our large family! The house was so close to the water with a walkway to the beach directly. There was a beautiful view from the balconies."

"Fast, thorough and consistent communication from the host. House was clean and as advertised. Only feedback I'd have which is the firefighter side in me coming out, but perhaps adding some smoke detectors. But overall, phenomenal stay. Would stay again. "
