「Ice machine didn’t work except on 2nd floor. Side door wouldn’t lock. Plug ins did not work by the beds. No quiet hours, pool door left open and people in the pool until well past 1 am. People yelling in the hallways at 2 am. If you want sleep and friendly staff I would look elsewhere. 」

「This was not my first time at this location. I had stayed many times including a night less than a week prior. I ALWAYS travel with my service dogs (one for me and one for my daughter). And in literally hundreds of hotel stays over the years, never had an issue. However, when I went to check in, the clerk first accused me of having 4 dogs, then it was that my dog 'was not a servjce dog breed' (based on video he watched of our prior stay he claimed, which actually left me feeling really creeped...

「They were rude at check-in.There were cockroaches all over the room.\nNo towels no nothing nasty bed sheets had to ask for towels and they was dirty i went to the store and bought my own very poor place to stay」
