"No a/c so it gets hot in the apartment during summer, they have fans and can open the windows but on certain days it may not be enough. No elevator so with kids and bags it can be difficult at times.
Location was good close to metro and many eating joints and attractions."

"Fantastic family stay!!! Amazing location and great apartment for a family of 4! We were super impressed with the spotless cleanliness and the wonderful attention to detail. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning, which the host should consider adding. Highly recommended if you do not mind the heat!"

"The location is good, but it is a very crowded hotel and not sufficient people to serve that many guests. The lobby is always busy. Besides the system to take a number for everything is very inefficient. You have to take a number even to buy a coffee even when nobody is buying coffee"
"What a pleasant stay we had at Adina Hotel. Check in was smooth and efficient. Very pleasant staff. Our room had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Other than receiving only one facial washcloth for 2 people for 3 days, it was fine. I don’t think the staff understood what we were asking for since 2 requests yielded the same results. Probably just an American thing. Some of us use a new washcloth for daily bathing. Lol
It was nice to be able to wash clothes as needed. Once we sort of deciphered the instructions for use, it was all good.
We would stay there again if we get the opportunity to visit Copenhagen again. There was a hop on hop off bus stop nearby as well as a Metro / Train station not too far from the location. We found a decent grocery store near the Osterport station and brought back enough food for a few days. The Netto store down the block was slim pickings for groceries."
