Beautiful home built in 2020 with magnificent water views overlooking the Colorado River in Parker, AZ (on the ARIZONA side). This home is located directly above the popular Moovalya Keys estates. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with 50”+ TVs in each room and in the living area. Brand new, fully-upgraded kitchen boasting quartz counter-tops and Samsung stainless steel appliances. Huge windows all around the house with panoramic river and mountain views from almost every room, relax on the couch and enjoy watching boats drive up and down the river. Sit on the relaxing porch and enjoy the sunset in peace.
Bringing a trailer? Multiple cars? RV? NO PROBLEM! This house has a huge, flat 2,000 sq. ft. concrete driveway. Whether you come to boat in the summer or off-road in the winter, this property has easy access to both. The wide, flat public launch ramp is 1,000 yards from the house. Directly behind the community (and accessible from the house) are 100’s of miles of OHV and Jeep Trails.
This house is perfect for large gatherings. It is PET friendly and safe for children. In addition to the upgraded kitchen appliances, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a great meal for your family and friends, including a coffee maker and outdoor BBQ available for your use. The entire property is gated on all sides with a fire pit and outdoor seating.
The Master Bedroom, attached to the master bath, has a California King Bed with a new organic mattress (sleeps 2). The second bedroom has a new anti-allergy queen mattress (sleeps 2). The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with very comfortable memory foam mattresses and 1 extra twin bed, a total of 3 beds (sleeps 4). Both the Master and second bedroom have plenty of room for a crib or blow up mattress. Blow up mattresses are available upon request. There is also a Washer & Dryer available for use during your stay.
The Colorado River offers boating access to 15 miles of beaches, sandbars, riverfront restaurants, beaches. Including top stops along the river like Pirate's Den, Roadrunner, Fox's and the Blue Water Casino. Drive your boat right up to the restaurant, enjoy a live band and have a great meal. You can also rent boat slips for the weekend at the famous Blue Water Casino, just 5 minutes up the road.
The Parker Strip offers some of the best water skiing, wakeboarding and all around water sports in the country. 15 minute drive up the road and you can launch at Havasu springs and drive up to the famous London bridge, visit Copper Canyon and more! The downtown of Lake Havasu City is only 30 minutes away with famous shops, restaurants and nightclubs for your enjoyment.
Some of the best Off-Roading is available year-round, but is especially enticing when the weather cools down during the winter months. The Desert Bar has always been a great riding destination, but there are many other Arizona State Off-Road Trails that are clearly marked for your enjoyment.
