“Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!”

“Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well. The breakfast was really good……

“The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.”

“The premises is dated and very basic but suited my last minute plans. Not the cleanest in terms of the shower room and very noisy as doors slamming in the tiny joint/communal room access area immediately outside my door awoke me. Don’t rely on the buses nearby as I waited almost an hour for a bus to the city centre and gave up in the end. No shops nearby. If you require any get it before you arrive. I won’t be staying here again. Felt a little unsafe walking to the premises in the dark so would……

“Hotel was central staff were helpful it was grand national weekend so busy overall & for the money we were satisfied”

“Room was very dated. Holes in blackout curtains letting light in. Bathroom again dated. Water very slow filling bath, soap out of reach when in bath. Bath towels very soft and big. Tea tray in weird place in wardrobe. Bed very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovley with lots of choice and full English cooked to order. Had a nice overnight stay.”

“Easy to find, great parking. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Needs more hooks in the bathroom and plug/charging points in thr main room. Continental breakfast was a bit sparse, although they did give me a poached egg. Staff were friendly.”
