“Our room had the Best view on Lago di Como. Our breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our hostesses were a delight and the nicest people. The room was topnotch. It's location was a trade off with how much we loved everything else about the experience. Overall, I recommend this Hotel for anyone that wants a Royal stay. Only thing is you will need a taxi to get here from the lake as it's on a hill ( duh) and walking from down below is a Workout...!”

“My initial lower review was based on initial impression of the room and room only. The staff could not have been any better or more attentive. Some of the absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Especially from Alice, Isabella, and Leonardo. I responded to email from Expedia about first impressions. The management staff at Casa du Lac reached out to me for feedback. I met with Guest Experience Manager Alice to explain. She was extremely receptive to my issues with the room and……

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

帕尔拉斯科热门酒店点评

卢加诺丹特精品生活酒店

10/10 优秀

"It was a great experience staying in the hotel. Extremely friendly staff always put an extra effort to serve. For sure will stay there again."

科莫湖希尔顿酒店

8/10 好

"Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."
