“Honestly I don't know where to start. Receptionist guys just do as follows but happens tk be that they asked me on check in to pay the reservation and ask to call support for refund. This is definitely not how a collaboration between a hotel should work like. Best part that after 24h I was asked same request after having sorted it out by explaining that everything was paid. Also conditions of the property are not top, either the cleaning. Often 3 stars are met with lower expectations however not……

“Breakfast was very strange. Hotel sent me a DM on WhatsApp after landing in country saying my room was not paid for (even though it was through Expedia and I would have to pay for my ro upon arrival. Seemed scammy at first, overall hotel is clean and nice, breakfast could improve but good quality for the price. ”
