“Me gustó la piscina,la ubicación,las vistas. No me gustó: las instalaciónes descuidadas, falta el agua de cortesía en la habitación,si quieres alguna bebida tienen horarios sin servicio,cobrar el parking es de muy poco detalle 5* LUJO. AMENITIES ni uno nada ( cepillo,gorra ,etc)”

“The staff did not send us the check in info early enough. We booked a day before. We had to call them, email them, Whatsapp them, and no answer. We ended up contacting Expedia who nudged them and we finally got an email giving the info right as we were waiting at the door.. Not even an apology was given. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and brand new. AC and fans are great. Showers and toiletries are great. However, it is a pity that the room reeked of sewage smells that made it hard to……

“This was our second stay at what is one of my favourite hotels. The location is perfect. The hotel is great. The staff are lovely. The food is amazing. What more could you ask for!”

“The room is not clean. We found some hair in our bed sheet. Far from city center. Although it's near Alhambra palace. But you still have to take bus to there. Breakfast is cheap and simple.”

“This hidden gem is a small oasis in a busy city. From its elegant 17th century interior settings, serene breakfast area, beautiful views and delicious menu, we enjoyed a relaxing start to the day. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was not the easiest to access in a large vehicle, however the instructions supplied and wonderful staff were of great assistance. Overall a fabulous experience, we will definitely be back!”

“浴室很大，但房間相對不大，放了加床幾乎沒地方放行李。馬桶那間大到不知道要做什麼。但乾濕形同不存在，洗澡後大淹水。有冰箱及mini bar。無熱水瓶，咖啡機。 熱水穩定。早餐豐富。餐廳好吃。”

“The staff Javier is very helpful. We check in earlier and can enjoy more time in Granada. The hotel location is very good. The 2-bedroom apartment is clean and living room is nice. Just a minor suggestion is to provide a chair in the room. ”

“Not a clean hotel, poorly maintained. Couldn't wait for my stay there to end. There was a new hive on my balcony that was dirty and gross. If you like cleanliness this hotel is not for you”

“Wonderful hotel and perfect location. The room was clean, bed comfortable, excellent bathroom. The A/C was keeping the room cool, no noise at all. There are nice lockers to store your luggage if needed. Although there is no reception desk, the staff greeted us on arrival and help us with everything we needed, very well organized property. We'll absolutely come back in the future!”
