"Clean and convenient. Great front desk. Fridge had to be switched out when we got there (meds getting warm that needed refrigeration) but they were nice and switched it out. Took a while but it got cold. Would stay again! Safe, quiet, convenient to what we needed."

"When we arrived to check-in around 6 pm, there was no one at the front desk to help us. We waited about 15 minutes, until an employee finally emerged from the elevator. I know this is probably due to short-staffing; however, there should be an attendant at the front desk at all times (especially after 3 pm for check-in). "Beautiful home with period furnishings. Our room was clean and quiet and we liked the electronic checkin. Walking distance to charming downtown area with great restaurants. "

"Some of the silverware had to be re-washed. One of the coffeemaksers had what looked like mildew at the bottom, so we used neither coffeemaker. On the pier were a couple of life jackets and the storage bins doors were wide open. Otherwise, things were excellent and we love to come back."
