For the price, you won't find a better hotel. It is very clean, with very nice updates. Beds and linen are very comfortable. There are not many amenities, and the breakfast is very limited, but it is a safe, friendly, clean place to rest your head on a budget.

I checked in, went into the room and immediately returned to the office and checked out. I made a huge mistake booking this hotel. The room was gloomy, outdated and it was depressing just walking into it. I have seen nicer hostels than this place. It was my fault for booking 'economy' accommodation. Never again!

Good motel, good rate…skip the free breakfast
Older motel (2 floors) but rooms are extremely clean, king bed, nice size flatscreen tv, microwave and small fridge. We stayed 3 nights over New Years and while it was cool outside, we were not cold in our room. This place offers a continental breakfast but it wasn’t much…some bread to toast and some cheerios, Rice Krispie squares and granola bars, however, no milk for cereal or juice (sign said check in fridge for milk and juice but all there was was some syrup…a bit of jam for toast and a bit of butter but a knife would have been handy instead of a lot of spoons and forks. After our 2nd night I went to get some of these fabulous offerings but they weren’t even available on our 2nd morning…went to McDonald’s for breakfast and didn’t even bother looking on our last morning…went straight to McDonald’s for our quick breakfast ….Overall though we would stay here again as you can’t beat the per night rate

Didn't even stay... I was assured the place had accessible rooms for my mother who uses a walker - the check in person didn't even know what "accessible room" meant. They wanted to hold an additional $50 on my credit card, AND take a picture of my drivers license to keep on file. No way - never, ever allow anyone to keep your personal information. Yes they can see it to verify I am who I am & live at the correct address & such, however, Never never allow them to keep a copy. It's not required, or necessary. The hotel looked sketchy from the outside, there was a large step up to the rooms (again, not accessible for a person who requires walking assistance) We left before checking in & went to the Comfort Inn, which was almost brand new, had hot breakfast, excellent rooms (clean, bright, clean sheets, large ACCESSIBLE bathroom :-) ) Save yourself the aggravation & skip the sunrise & go directly to the Comfort Inn (the total rate was less than $20.00 difference)

Thank you for your reply,as the accessible room was not booked, we could not offer 1, as all the accessible rooms was already occupied, this was clearly mentioned at the check-in,

Before entering, my friend and I felt unsafe with the people hanging around outside on the ground level where we were supposed to be staying. We paid, got our key, and went inside. It smelled musty, the beds were very uncomfortable even to sit on, and the walls were painted cement which we didn't expect from the photos online. I went right back to the office and asked for a refund based on the aforementioned. They refused and said that Expedia would refund me and they couldn't because they had to pay you. I'll be seeking a refund. I'm usually not one to complain but they didn't offer to switch rooms or anything, just got defensive and angry. I don't recommend you continue to offer bookings to this location through Expedia.

One overnight
Basic motel, downtown with refurbished rooms, clean and comfortable beds and friendly service. A satisfying continental breakfast was availalable. We would stay again.

Very inconvenient to have to drag luggage upstairs to room, room smelled of smoke, door ways hard to lock, The polyester comforter on bed made me sweat, tv instructions did not work, had to play around with it for while to get it working, otherwise it was ok.

Room was clean and comfortable but breakfast was pathetic. We had counted on breakfast with the price, and ended up having to go out to eat breakfast, as the hotel offered one little table of minimal food items.

Clean renovated property in a good location, very walkable to downtown Parry Sound and waterfront. Only issue with the room was getting the cable tv to work. Otherwise quute good.
