「The furniture wasn't comfortable at all and the one couch was ripped and the furniture and ladder is definitely not made for heavier people. Kids running around until 2am. My kettle caught on fire... which they replaced but no apologies. Also, i booked 3 nights and after 1 night i had to show my receipt that i was there for 3 nights. Overall everything was very clean but its not a place for me for what i paid.」

「A bit disappointed that the water park wasn’t set up for the kids as this was something we went into the weekend looking forward to. But besides that, we had a blast at the pool and hot tub. The lifeguard on the dock was lovely and we got to use the canoes, paddle boat and water trampoline. 「We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast spread was impressive and delicious. The pool area was beautiful and kept at 85, a perfect temperature. The grounds and hotel are lovely. The room was beautiful. Staff friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Pub restaurant food was excellent. We'll be back!」
