“Warm, friendly staff - this hotel had a beautifully designed main building where we enjoyed al fresco eating from the varied and superbly cooked/arranged buffet. After dinner we enjoyed the ping pong and pool table which helped entertain our family. The swimming pool was sublime. The gardens, pathways and trees leading down to the beach were well kept and helped support a relaxing atmosphere. “We loved Passi Villas- it’s very quiet, pool was great and food was great. We had half board with fresh pastries fruit and eggs for breakfast and for dinner a 3-4 course meal- I had the fish every night which was different daily The management leave you alone and you have the manager’s phone number if you need anything urgently. In the morning I would talk to the chef about what we would like for dinner- so very personal service. If you don’t like peace and quiet then you won’t like this place-……

“Maison d’hôte sur la plage Il y aurait tout pour en faire un endroit merveilleux mais pour cela il faudrait accentuer les efforts sur le Menage, le matériel qui est cassé. Tout est laissé à l’abandon (matelas déchiré et tache sur les transats). Les baies vitrées n’ont pas du voir un chiffon depuis des années. La plage devant la maison est plein de détritus. La cuisine n’est pas formidable non plus ”

“Rooms are among the bushes in separate apartments among bushy area with beach view. It gives you a nice feeling when you walk around. The quality of food in the restaurant is very good. The Manager is very friendly and helpful. Customer service at the counter is very good. Enjoyed the high ceiling room and separate toilet and shower which gives more flexibility in using. Felt very refreshed after one night stay. Wish we should have booked at least two days. Felt as if the good time was over so……

“From the greetings on arrival to the moment of departure, the staff and owners were only too happy to assist us. If you are looking for a place to relax and hang by the pool or walk down laneways for 10 minutes to a great swimming beach, this place is just great to wind down from the usual tourist trails. “We enjoyed our stay at Kay Jay Palms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. A/C and fan combo kept the rooms cool in the day and night. We had breakfast and dinners there. The portion sizes were much more than we could finish. It is 5 min drive from Pasikuda beach which was very convenient for beach days in the morning and the ability to change before other activities in the afternoon. Overall a great experience. ”

“The owner wants cadh payment and denied service even though the full payment had been made by the credit thriugh Expedia booking. This listing should be banned and removed by Expedia to protect customers from double payment scams!”

“Place was good and all things acceptable. Stay was plasant with very oblidging staff. However, the location is terrible. Very difficult to find and is road, if you can call it a road, is horrible. Full of flooded potholes in complete darkness at night.”
