We were out and about most of the day, not returning till 3am or so. The property is extremely clean. It is about an hour's bus drive into NYC. "The room was bigger than I was expecting for NYC. The vents could have used some dusting, but overall the room was clean. The staff at the front desk and parking were all very nice and helpful. The only comment I have is we did not have enough towels & wash rags in our room. On the way out to get dinner one night, my husband stopped at the front desk and asked them if we could have more delivered to our room but to please DO NOT enter the room as me and my children were in there alone. The lady on the phone repeatedly told whomever was on the phone not to enter the room and to leave them outside the door. While getting out of the shower, I heard a knock. I didn’t answer it but saw who was outside, figuring they’d leave them outside the door. Next thing I know the guy OPENED the door to my room. I yelled out to please leave them on the floor and to close the door. He did so, but did not follow a simple, but very important request. "
