“Attentive reception staff both on arrival and departure and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely duplex apartment within walking distance of shops, bars although care needs to be taken on the apartment's open staircase down to the main bedroom and on the steep staircase up to the roof terrace. Only thing preventing a full 5 stars is that the property, which sleeps up to 4 and was booked for our family of 3, was only set up for 2 persons - the sofa bed had no available bedding (although reception……

“Wir haben lediglich im Anschluss an unseren "Haupturlaub" eine Nacht im BO Hotel verbracht und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Palma, sodass die wichtigsten Anlaufstellen fußläufig erreichbar sind. Auch die Bushaltestelle und der Taxistand befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere das Frühstück haben wir sehr genossen, da es als sehr hochwertiges á la Carte Frühstück……

“The hotel is in a quiet part of the Old Town but only a very short walk from excellent bars and restaurants. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was beautifully presented. Beds made and fresh towels each morning with a thoughtful treat left each evening. The breakfast was of a very high quality including Cava as an option! On the roof is a terrace bar with loungers and a splash pool large enough to fully immerse oneself. Essential after a hot day. My wife and I felt……

“This was the perfect stay in Palma! A beautiful quiet street close to everything with incredible staff and very modern and comfortable rooms. I had a room overlooking the inner courtyard and it was perfect. The rooftop was a nice escape as well. The staff was 100/10. I cannot speak highly enough about everyone who worked the front desk. Amazing advice and impeccable service.”

Super clean with an amazing rooftop bar and pool- which was so great to use after boating or shopping for the day. The staff was so happy and really helpful.
