“The hotel i in the heart of old town. It’s a beautifully renovated hotel. Unfortunately there was construction right across a narrow Street from our room. We had a car and it was very difficult to get to the hotel. At nights it was hard to get a taxi to come to the hotel or to get dropped off at the hotel. The hotel did offer us help parking the car but later we found out that they charged a valet service fee that was not discussed prior. We booked a room with breakfast and they charged us……

“It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back.”

“Nice hotel”

“Nice clean hotel, lovely welcome, good breakfast. Start of holiday ruined as spent the first two nights in a small box room with a low ceiling - room in roof void. No window at head height, a small window that didn’t open. Bedroom approx 12ft by 11ft, 132 sq ft not the 215sq ft i booked & paid for. I suffer with COPD & struggled in the small room with its low ceiling & felt claustrophobic. Ceiling dropped to 7ft high. After numerous requests we were moved. Avoid room 403!”

“This is a beautiful hotel set in the heart of the old town. From arrival to departure, every aspect of our stay was handled effortlessly. From the sun hats in our room to the sun cream on the roof terrace, everything had been thought through to ensure a very easy, restful stay. Many thanks to Veronica on the front desk for her assistance and warm welcome. I would not hesitate to return here the next time I visit Palma.”

“The room was spacious, the breakfast was good and the neighborhood was convenient for strolling. Everything was great and I would gladly stay there again and recommend it to others. Breakfast doesn't start until 8, which might be late depending on work demands in the morning.”
