Amazing location, friendly staff and great breakfast. Wish I could stay forever! The view onto the Atlantic from the balcony is breathtaking!

We loved this place! The ocean view from our room was spectacular. We checked out a few other places in town that are more expensive and the view from the Linhof is the best! Breakfast was excellent. Shirley, the manager who runs this place, merits special mention. She helped us get our bags upstairs, served us our breakfast and always had a smile and a kind word. We will definitely return.

Great stay far away from the hectic life

The property was in a nice location but there is currently construction works going on next door overlooking our balcony. Also the water pressure in our room was very low most of the time and none existent on a number of occasions.

We really enjoyed our stay at lingo. The room was comfortable, the views were beautiful, the staff helpful. The position of the plug under the mirror was not in the best position, would have been better above counter. The room would have been more accommodating if it had an easy chair as it only had one chair at the desk. An extra towel rail would have helped because the wet towels were folded and therefore not able to dry propoerly. They were very accommodating to guests dietary needs which is very helpful. The TV bouquet could be better. These small adjustments would have made the room more comfortable.

This is a beautiful B&B right on a quiet street and right on the water. Our room (The Pelican Room) was had a great balcony where we could sit and watch the waves. The room itself is a bit small, but was plenty big enough - especially since the outdoor space was well integrated and private. Furnishings and appointments were top notch, the bed was very comfortable, and since this is a new property, everything was in great condition. In the morning, we walked downstairs an onto the beach in a couple of minutes and returned to a lovely breakfast - fruit, yogurt, cheese and cold cuts on the sideboard and then a hot dish (poached eggs and sausage with tomato salsa) served to our table. The proprietress and her staff were warm and welcoming and took great care of us. And, with only five rooms (each of which, I suspect are equally lovely) and no children staying there, the environment was very comfortable.
